I Hate Painting
Well I was really hoping to get some rest on Saturday after having a really long week but that didn't happen. I spent the entire day painting and remodeling my girlfriend's mother's house. Painting is one of the very few things in this world that I loathe. There is just nothing good about painting. I would hammer, saw, and measure all day with no complaints but after a few minutes of painting I want to pull my hair out. There was a highlight to my Saturday though; when I got home that evening I had a UPS package on my doorstep. Inside this small package was my new rangefinder from Bushnell! I have been anxiously awaiting this delivery for over a month since I found out the rangefinder I wanted was on back order. I cannot wait to get on the golf course and try the new rangefinder out. I had an unfortunate incident with my last rangefinder that I can hopefully keep from repeating. I placed the rangefinder in my bag, or at least I thought I did, and as I took off over a bridge at the golf course my rangefinder bounced out of my cart into the water below. Hopefully I can keep my new rangefinder dry! If there are any lessons learned from reading this, never drop your rangefinder in the water and avoid painting at all costs!

I actually don't mind painting. I spent a summer ripping up carpet and painting nearly every room in my house. It was quite theraputic, and I felt as though I had a new house after I finished!

I hate painting, too! Whenever me and my fiancee painted our house, I would always find little "tasks" that had to be done right away like watching that episode of The Bad Girls Club on my DVR.
